“The Walker Team” (Keith Walker, Kris Walker and Sue Allen) listed and sold our townhouse in Cupertino recently. As a long-time residence of Cupertino, we were familiar with the team. Asking Keith to represent us was a no-brainer. The work to prepare the house was quite extensive. Our old  townhouse was in need of a complete remodeling. We asked the team to re-build the interior of the entire house, in addition to clean up the patio and garage. Except periodic updates, the team essentially handled everything for us. They coordinated the design, hired contractors, and followed through the work. The cost of remodeling was reasonable. The process of preparation went through smoothly. It was completed in 5 months (over Thanksgiving and Xmas). After that, the staging, marketing, presentation, and open-house were handled very professionally, as one would expect from a first-class agency. Similarly, as expected from a professional and the top agent in the area, Keith was accurate at selecting the listing price and evaluating the offers. Overall, we enjoyed working with the team.
